The Seige of Durad
The sun sank down into the hills far to the east, and a cold breeze swept through the fortress of Durad, Ruffling Malekars already messy hair, below him thousands of goblins marched. Their black flags whipping around in the wind, Malekar shivered in fear as he slowly pulled taught his bowstring, hundreds of other archers followed his lead and drew their bows back, Malekars fingers shook as the thundering cries of the goblins rolled across the plains, great siege towers and catapults were slowly pushed over the filled moats, naught but the bravest of men would not have quivered at the sight of these looming structures, packed to the brim with vicious goblins screaming and wailing for blood, behind the towers archers marched arrows already notched on their longbows.
